Acceptable use policy

1. The short version

Vidrava is a tool for marketing and business video. Do not use it to deceive people, to harm people, to produce adult content, or to produce material you have no right to produce. Everything below is a specific application of that principle.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vidrava.

2. No adult or sexually explicit content

Vidrava does not allow pornography or any other sexually explicit content, in any style, whether realistic, animated or illustrated. This includes depictions of sexual acts, nudity or exposed genitals, breasts or buttocks, sexually suggestive or fetish content, and material made for sexual gratification.

This also covers content that promotes or advertises adult services, such as escort, webcam or adult-subscription services, adult dating aimed at sexual encounters, and sex products shown in a sexually explicit way.

Prompts, scene edits and narration are checked automatically for sexual content before anything is generated, and requests that match are refused. Trying to get around that check, for example with misspellings, coded language or by building explicit content up across several scenes, breaks this policy. We may remove the content and suspend or close the account without a refund of spent credits.

3. Other content you may not generate

Sexual content involving minors, or any material that sexualises a minor, in any style or context. This is reported and the account is closed.

Content that incites violence or hatred against people because of who they are, that harasses a specific person, or that promotes self-harm.

Fraudulent or misleading commercial claims, fake medical or financial advice presented as professional guidance, and impersonation of a real business or public figure.

Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trade mark or other rights, including recreating protected characters or brand assets you are not licensed to use.

4. Likeness, voices and testimonials

Do not generate a recognisable person's face or voice without their permission, and do not present generated narration as a real named individual speaking. Never place a real person in sexual, nude or intimate content, even with their permission.

Testimonial-style videos must be based on genuine, permissioned customer experiences. Presenting an invented story as a real customer review is deceptive and is not permitted.

5. Platform integrity

Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, replay payment events, script the interface to avoid limits, probe other accounts, or upload files intended to attack our systems.

Uploaded files are validated and prompts pass automated moderation. Repeated attempts to defeat those checks are treated as abuse.

6. Reports and consequences

Report misuse to the support address on the contact page with as much detail as you can share. We review reports, and we may remove content, suspend generation or close an account depending on severity and repetition.

Where the law requires it, we cooperate with competent authorities. We aim to explain enforcement decisions to the affected account unless we are prevented from doing so.
