Privacy policy

Privacy policy explaining what personal data Vidrava AI collects, why, how long it is kept and how to export or delete your account data.

Last updated

1. What we collect

Account data: your email address, your name if you give it, a hashed password and session records. We never store passwords in a readable form.

Product data: projects, prompts, uploaded references, generated media, job events and credit ledger entries. These exist because they are the product; they are what your dashboard shows you.

Payment data: the brand, last four digits and expiry of a card, the processor's transaction reference and the amount. We never receive, store or log a full card number or a security code.

Usage data: funnel and attribution events such as sign-up, purchase and generation started, together with campaign parameters if you arrived from a campaign link.

2. Why we use it

To run your account and the generation pipeline, to keep an accurate credit ledger, to detect abuse, to send transactional email such as verification, password reset and receipts, and to understand which parts of the product people actually complete.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use your prompts or generated media to advertise to other people.

3. Who processes data for us

We use service providers to host the application and database, store generated media, queue background work, send transactional email and process payments. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

The current list of providers and their roles will be published alongside this policy when it is finalised in legal review.

4. Retention, export and deletion

Account and project data are kept while the account is open. You can request an export of your data from account settings, and you can request deletion of your account.

Deletion removes your personal data, projects and generated media. Financial records such as payments and credit ledger entries are retained where we are required to keep them for accounting purposes, in a form that no longer identifies you where possible.

5. Your choices and contact

You can correct your account details, change notification preferences and export or delete your data from within the product. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your personal data.

Privacy questions can be sent to the support address published on the contact page. The data controller is APIERRE IT SARL (SIREN 103 700 985), with its registered office at 1 Rue Louis Varignier, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France.
