Cookie policy

1. Why we use cookies

Cookies let us keep you signed in, protect form submissions against cross-site request forgery and understand which steps of the product people complete. We use as few as the product needs.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

A session cookie identifies your signed-in session. It is set when you log in, removed when you log out and cannot be disabled while you are using the dashboard.

A cross-site request forgery token cookie is paired with a hidden form value so that a request can only be accepted if it genuinely came from our own pages.

3. Product analytics

We record product events such as sign-up, purchase completed and generation started, together with campaign parameters from a marketing link if one was used, so we can see where people get stuck.

These events are tied to your account rather than sold to advertisers, and we do not use third-party advertising cookies.

4. Google Analytics

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google, to measure how visitors use our website, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last and which site referred you. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which keep a random identifier for up to two years.

Google Analytics is only loaded after you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you select Reject, or make no choice, no Google Analytics cookie is set. Google processes this usage data on our behalf.

5. Meta Pixel

With your consent, we use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram, such as which pages are viewed after visiting from an ad. It sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies, which keep an identifier for up to three months.

The Meta Pixel is only loaded after you select Accept in the cookie banner. If you select Reject, or make no choice, no Meta Pixel cookie is set.

6. Your choices

Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the website footer; withdrawing consent removes the Google Analytics and Meta Pixel cookies.

Your browser can also block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in or submitting forms, because the security checks depend on them. Declining Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel does not affect how the product works.
