Eight stages, one queue, zero surprises

Vidrava separates creative state, credit accounting and generation work, so each part can be inspected, priced and replaced without breaking the others.

The pipeline

Each stage writes its own output to your project, so you can edit a stage without discarding the work that came before it.

Script

A language model turns your brief into a narration script with a hook, body beats and a closing line, matched to the duration you asked for.

Storyboard

The script is split into scenes with a visual direction, an on-screen text suggestion and a target length per scene, in the aspect ratio you chose.

Scene media

Image and video adapters generate the visuals for each scene. Adapters are swappable, so a new model can be enabled without touching your projects.

Voiceover

A voice adapter narrates the approved script in the language and tone you selected, aligned to scene boundaries rather than one long take.

Subtitles

Timed captions are generated from the narration and burned in or kept as a separate track, so the video works on muted social feeds.

Render and export

A worker assembles scenes, audio and captions with FFmpeg into a downloadable MP4. Earlier renders are preserved for comparison.

Control and accounting

Scene editor

Change the copy, the visual direction or the timing of a single scene and regenerate only that scene, with its own cost estimate shown first.

Append-only credit ledger

Every credit movement is an immutable ledger entry with a reason, a balance before and after and an idempotency key, so replays never double-charge.

Brand kit

Store logo, colours, fonts and tone-of-voice notes once and apply them to new projects so output stays recognisably yours.

Private media by default

Generated assets live in private object storage and are only reachable through expiring signed URLs tied to your account.

Feature questions

Which aspect ratios and durations are supported?
16:9 for landscape, 9:16 for vertical, 1:1 for square feeds and 4:5 for portrait placements, with durations from a short social cut up to a longer explainer.
Can I edit the script before anything is generated?
Yes. The script and storyboard are approval points. Nothing expensive runs until you accept the plan, and the estimate updates when you change it.
How do you track what a generation actually costs you?
Every provider call, through every adapter, writes a provider usage record with its own cost, so credit prices can be compared to real spend.
