Terms of service for Vidrava AI: account rules, prepaid credits, acceptable generation, availability and limits of liability.

1. Who these terms are between
These terms describe the relationship between Vidrava AI ("Vidrava", "we") and the person or organisation that holds an account ("you"). By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are able to enter into an agreement and that the information you give us is accurate.
The service is provided by APIERRE IT, a SARL registered in France (SIREN 103 700 985, VAT number FR08103700985), with its registered office at 1 Rue Louis Varignier, 69120 Vaulx-en-Velin, France, trading as Vidrava AI.
2. Your account
Vidrava is only for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account, and we close accounts we believe belong to someone younger.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has gained access to it.
Accounts are for the person or organisation that created them. Credits, projects and generated media belong to the account and cannot be transferred to another account.
We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms, the acceptable use policy, or the law, and we will tell you why unless we are prevented from doing so.
3. Credits and how they are spent
Vidrava sells prepaid credits. Credits authorise work in the generation pipeline; they are not money, they are not a deposit and they have no cash value. They cannot be exchanged between accounts.
When you start a generation the estimated credits are reserved. If the work completes, the reservation is consumed and recorded in your credit history. If the work fails, the reservation is returned to your available balance exactly once. A returned reservation is a credit movement, not a payment refund.
Credit prices, promotional credits given at sign-up and the cost of individual pipeline steps are configured by Vidrava and shown in the product before you spend. We may change future prices, but a change never retroactively re-prices credits you have already bought.
4. Your content and generated output
You keep the rights you already hold in the prompts, images, audio and other material you upload. You grant us the limited permission needed to store that material and run it through the pipeline so we can provide the service.
Generated media is private to your account by default and is served through expiring signed links. You are responsible for checking that the output is accurate, lawful and suitable before you publish it, and for holding any rights you need in the material you supplied.
5. Availability and changes
The service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, and features may change or be withdrawn.
We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these terms through the product or by email to the address on the account.
6. Liability and governing terms
To the extent permitted by law, Vidrava is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
The governing law of these terms is French law, and any dispute is resolved in the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
