Pay for the videos you actually generate
Credits are spent per pipeline step, the estimate is shown before each step, and a failed generation returns its reservation to your balance.
Credit packs
Pick a pack that matches your output rhythm. You can top up at any time; unused credits stay on the account.
Starter
100 credits
Around two or three short vertical videos, ideal for a first evaluation.
Approximate output depends on duration, number of scenes and how often you regenerate; your dashboard always shows the exact estimate first.
How credits are spent
Costs are configured per step rather than per video, so a short clip never pays for a long one.
Planning steps
Script and storyboard generation are the cheapest steps. They are also where you should iterate, because changing the plan is far cheaper than re-rendering media.
Media steps
Scene visuals dominate the cost of a video and scale with the number of scenes, so trimming a scene is the fastest way to reduce spend.
Audio and captions
Voiceover is priced by narration length and subtitles are a small fixed step, both charged once per approved script version.
Render
Assembling the final MP4 is a modest fixed cost per render, which is why keeping earlier renders never costs you extra credits.
Pricing questions
- Do credits expire?
- Credits stay on the account and are not reset monthly. They are non-transferable between accounts and carry no cash value, as described in the terms.
- What if I am charged twice for the same pack?
- Duplicate charges are handled as refunds through your payment method, not as extra credits. Contact support with the transaction reference and we reverse the duplicate.
- Are new accounts given credits to try the product?
- Yes. Sign-up writes a promotional credit entry to your ledger. The exact amount is configured by Vidrava and shown in your credit history the moment you log in.
