Refund and credit policy
Policy on credit purchases, restored credits after failed generations, duplicate charges, billing errors and how to request a card refund.

1. Digital delivery
Credits are delivered digitally and immediately. When a purchase completes, the credits appear in your balance and a receipt appears under billing. At checkout you acknowledge that delivery is immediate.
2. Restored credits are not refunds
If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your available balance exactly once and your credit history explains why. This is an internal credit movement and no money moves back to your card.
We restore credits automatically; you do not need to ask, and you should not be charged credits for work that produced no video.
3. When we refund money
We refund a card payment where there has been a duplicate charge for the same purchase, a charge you did not authorise, a billing error on our side, or where a refund is required by law.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may reduce a refund by the value of credits already spent from the purchased pack, and we record the reason for every refund.
4. Unused credits
Credits do not expire on a monthly cycle and remain on the account. Because delivery is immediate and consumption is under your control, unused credits are not normally refundable outside the situations listed above.
If you close your account, any remaining credits are cancelled. Tell us before closing an account if you believe a refund situation applies.
5. How to ask
Write to support from the account email with the transaction reference on the receipt and a short description of the problem. We aim to answer billing requests within one business day and will tell you what we decided and why.
